All NONNI vintage pieces are authentic vintage garments, previously worn or stored for many years.
Due to their age and history, natural signs of wear, fading, patina, small marks, fabric variations and minor imperfections may be present. These characteristics are part of the authenticity, character and uniqueness of each vintage piece and are not considered defects.
We carefully inspect every item and, whenever relevant, clearly mention or photograph any significant imperfections in the product description.
BEFORE PURCHASING
By purchasing a vintage item from NONNI, you acknowledge and accept its vintage condition, including the natural signs of age and wear described above.
Please carefully review the product photographs, description, measurements and condition before completing your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
For online purchases, customers retain the legal right of withdrawal applicable under European consumer law.
If you exercise this right, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. They may be tried on as they would be in a shop, but items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect and try them on may be subject to a reduction in the refund corresponding to any loss in value, where permitted by law.
NONNI does not offer exchanges for another item. A valid return is therefore processed as a refund, not as an exchange.

Vintage is not new.
Every mark, fade, imperfection and sign of wear can be part of the story of the garment. These details are precisely what make each NONNI piece unique.
